A home design consultation with the Blake Anthony Homes team will be scheduled to tailor your custom home building experience. We’ll discuss your wants and needs for your dream home and design it to suit your lifestyle and budget.

We’ll evaluate your site for permits and utilities as part of the custom home building process. Following this, we will finalize your home design consultation and site costs. You will then sign the Construction Agreement and close your loan after the lot selection process is complete.

Blake will obtain permits and order the finishes you have selected during your home design consultation. Once everything is in order, the construction of your new custom home will commence, bringing your dream home to life as part of the lot selection process!
